At 90% the almonds take on an almost savoury quality against the intensely dark chocolate backdrop. A sophisticated combination that rewards attentive eating. Each almond is roasted in-house at our Phuket factory to preserve freshness and develop maximum nuttiness before being folded into the chocolate. Naturally vegan and gluten-free.

Our chocolatier spent 18 years perfecting this chocolate, searching across Thailand and beyond for beans that deliver the perfect balance of flavour and purity.
The cacao comes from small family farms across Thailand, primarily in Loei province in the north. We work exclusively with family farmers, never with large corporations. We also believe the people who grow our cacao deserve to taste what it becomes. We pay every farmer their full asking price, and sometimes more. We send every farmer finished BARADA chocolate so they can experience their own work from bean to bar. Most cacao farmers in the world never get that chance. Ours do.
