Nine extraordinary slabs. Each one different. Each one made from our award-winning Thai chocolate, stone-ground for 48 hours, loaded with carefully chosen inclusions that make every piece a genuinely new experience. Choose as many slabs as you like, in any combination, in any weight. Minimum order 100g. Priced at ฿3 per gram, the same for every slab.

The Damascus

70% Dark Chocolate with Whole Roasted Hazelnuts

Named after the ancient city where our chocolatier’s craft was first inspired, The Damascus is a tribute to that heritage. Our intensely rich 70% dark chocolate from small family farms in Loei province is studded with whole hazelnuts roasted in-house at our Rawai factory until golden and fragrant. The result is a slab of extraordinary depth: waves of pure dark cacao broken by the warm, buttery crunch of whole hazelnuts in every piece. Bold, sophisticated and deeply satisfying. This is the slab that regulars come back for first.

The Andaman

70% Dark Chocolate with Phuket Coconut and Cranberries

Named after the sea that surrounds Phuket, The Andaman captures the tropical character of the island in a single piece of chocolate. Real Phuket coconut is folded into our 70% single-origin dark chocolate alongside tart, jewel-bright cranberries, creating a slab that is simultaneously rich, tropical and refreshingly fruity. The coconut adds a natural sweetness and subtle chew that softens the intensity of the dark chocolate, while the cranberries provide sharp bursts of acidity that keep every bite interesting. A slab that tastes exactly like where it was made.

The Scarlet

70% Dark Chocolate with Sundried and Freeze Dried Strawberries

The Scarlet is unlike any strawberry chocolate you have tried before. The secret is in the technique: we use both sundried and freeze dried strawberries together, deliberately, because each does something different. The sundried strawberries bring deep, concentrated fruit sweetness and a satisfying chew. The freeze dried strawberries bring an intense burst of pure strawberry flavour and a delicate crunch that dissolves on the tongue. Together they create a dual texture and dual intensity that makes eating this slab a genuinely surprising experience. Set against the bold depth of our 70% dark chocolate, The Scarlet is as dramatic as its name suggests.

The Golden Thai

Milk Chocolate with Roasted Peanuts

Simple in concept, extraordinary in execution. The Golden Thai takes our smooth 52% cacao milk chocolate and loads it with whole peanuts roasted in-house to a deep, warm golden colour. The peanuts are not an afterthought. They are roasted to the precise point where their natural oils are fully developed and their flavour is at its richest, then folded generously into the chocolate so that every piece delivers a proper mouthful of both. Rich, satisfying and completely moreish. The slab that disappears fastest at the factory shop.

The Harvest

Milk Chocolate with Roasted Peanuts, Almonds, Hazelnuts, Cranberries, Raisins and Strawberries

The Harvest is the most generous slab we make. Six inclusions, all chosen deliberately, all working together in a way that makes every single piece different from the last. Whole roasted peanuts, almonds and hazelnuts provide three layers of crunch and warmth. Plump raisins and tart cranberries add natural sweetness and a soft fruity chew. Sundried and freeze dried strawberries bring both concentrated depth and a bright delicate crunch. All of this is folded into our smooth 52% cacao milk chocolate, which ties everything together with a richness and warmth that conventional milk chocolate simply cannot provide. This is not a chocolate slab. It is an experience.

The Tropicana

Milk Chocolate with Sundried Mangoes and Coconut Butter

Thailand in a single piece of chocolate. The Tropicana combines our smooth 52% cacao milk chocolate with the two most iconic flavours of the Thai tropics: ripe sundried mango and rich coconut butter. The mangoes are intensely sweet and chewy, their flavour concentrated by the drying process into something almost jamlike. The coconut butter adds a silky, tropical richness that makes the milk chocolate feel even creamier and more indulgent. Together they create a slab that is unmistakably Thai, unashamedly tropical and completely impossible to eat just one piece of.

The Jade

White Chocolate with Matcha, Sundried Mangoes and Strawberries

The most visually striking slab in the collection. The Jade gets its distinctive green colour from real matcha, which is folded generously into our white chocolate base alongside sundried mangoes and both sundried and freeze dried strawberries. The matcha brings a clean, slightly bitter earthiness that cuts through the sweetness of the white chocolate and creates a genuinely sophisticated flavour profile. The mangoes add tropical sweetness and chew. The strawberries add bright acidity and contrasting texture. The result is a slab of real complexity and beauty, as interesting to look at as it is to eat. One of the most photographed products in our factory shop.

The Emerald

White Chocolate with Pistachios and Cranberries

Elegant, refined and deeply satisfying. The Emerald pairs the natural creaminess of our white chocolate with whole pistachios and tart cranberries in a combination that is as beautiful to look at as it is to eat. The pistachios bring a delicate nuttiness and a subtle green colour that runs through the slab. The cranberries bring sharp jewel-bright acidity that lifts the sweetness of the white chocolate and keeps every bite balanced. This is the slab for the person who appreciates restraint, precision and the kind of flavour combination that looks simple but reveals more the longer you eat it.

The Blossom

White Chocolate with Sundried and Freeze Dried Strawberries

The Blossom is the most visually beautiful slab we make. The combination of sundried and freeze dried strawberries gives it a naturally pink blush that runs through the white chocolate like a watercolour wash. But The Blossom is not just beautiful. The dual strawberry technique that defines The Scarlet is equally powerful here: sundried strawberries bring deep concentrated sweetness and satisfying chew, while freeze dried strawberries bring an intense burst of pure fruit flavour and a delicate crunch that dissolves instantly. Against the creamy sweetness of white chocolate the effect is extraordinary. A slab that looks like it was designed for a patisserie window and tastes even better than it looks.

Our chocolatier spent 18 years perfecting this chocolate, searching across Thailand and beyond for beans that deliver the perfect balance of flavour and purity.

The cacao comes from small family farms across Thailand, primarily in Loei province in the north. We work exclusively with family farmers, never with large corporations. Every farm undergoes initial heavy metal certification before supply, with ongoing random testing to maintain our standards. You can read more about our approach on our commitments page.

We also believe the people who grow our cacao deserve to taste what it becomes. We pay every farmer their full asking price, and sometimes more. We send every farmer finished BARADA chocolate so they can experience their own work from bean to bar. Most cacao farmers in the world never get that chance. Ours do.

Most commercial chocolate is ground for a fraction of the time we take. The 48 hours we invest in stone-grinding is not a marketing claim. It is the reason the texture is silky smooth, and the reason the flavour develops a complexity that mass-produced chocolate simply cannot replicate.
