Each 80g box contains 2x40g  perfectly portioned delicious squares feature a combination of oat, peanut, honey, coconut and almond. All enveloped in rich 70% dark chocolate. Formulated around the natural energising properties of quality dark chocolate, rich in theobromine, a gentle and sustained stimulant that prepares your body and mind without the spike and crash of conventional energy products. Theobromine from quality cacao provides a sustained and gentle lift in energy and focus, alongside natural antioxidants and magnesium. Everything in this square has a purpose. Nothing is added without reason.

Our chocolatier spent 18 years perfecting this chocolate, searching across Thailand and beyond for beans that deliver the perfect balance of flavour and purity.

The cacao comes from small family farms across Thailand, primarily in Loei province in the north. We work exclusively with family farmers, never with large corporations. Every farm undergoes initial heavy metal certification before supply, with ongoing random testing to maintain our standards. You can read more about our approach on our commitments page.

We also believe the people who grow our cacao deserve to taste what it becomes. We pay every farmer their full asking price, and sometimes more. We send every farmer finished BARADA chocolate so they can experience their own work from bean to bar. Most cacao farmers in the world never get that chance. Ours do.

Most commercial chocolate is ground for a fraction of the time we take. The 48 hours we invest in stone-grinding is not a marketing claim. It is the reason the texture is silky smooth, and the reason the flavour develops a complexity that mass-produced chocolate simply cannot replicate. It is also why customers who try BARADA once rarely go back to anything else.
