Handmade Chocolate Pralines Thailand

Handmade chocolate pralines Thailand. The pinnacle of the chocolatier’s art and the most refined work to come out of our Rawai factory in Phuket. Every praline and bonbon is made entirely by hand, from the tempered chocolate shell to the filling within. Each piece is individually finished, and no two batches are exactly alike. These are not mass-produced confections. They are handcrafted, individually finished pieces of luxury chocolate, the kind that make people pause before eating, and remember long after.

Our current selection includes: dark chocolate with peanut butter, dark chocolate with salted caramel, dark chocolate with strawberry, dark chocolate with bitter orange, plain dark chocolate, dark chocolate with roasted almond, dark chocolate with raisins, milk chocolate, milk chocolate with roasted almond, white chocolate, and white chocolate with strawberry. New flavours are added regularly.

Each piece is crafted from Thai cacao sourced from small family farms, primarily in Loei province. The fillings are made entirely in-house at our Phuket factory, from the smooth ganaches and hand-made caramels to the fruit-infused creams. Nothing is imported or outsourced.

Rich in antioxidants and flavanols from quality Thai cacao, our dark chocolate pralines also provide a natural source of magnesium and the gentle sustained energy of theobromine, without any artificial additives.

Our chocolatier spent 18 years perfecting this chocolate, searching across Thailand and beyond for beans that deliver the perfect balance of flavour and purity.

The cacao comes from small family farms across Thailand, primarily in Loei province in the north. We work exclusively with family farmers, never with large corporations. Every farm undergoes initial heavy metal certification before supply, with ongoing random testing to maintain our standards. You can read more about our approach on our commitments page.

We also believe the people who grow our cacao deserve to taste what it becomes. We pay every farmer their full asking price, and sometimes more. We send every farmer finished BARADA chocolate so they can experience their own work from bean to bar. Most cacao farmers in the world never get that chance. Ours do.

Most commercial chocolate is ground for a fraction of the time we take. The 48 hours we invest in stone-grinding is not a marketing claim. It is the reason the texture is silky smooth, and the reason the flavour develops a complexity that mass-produced chocolate simply cannot replicate.
